Agility ladder Merco Boost is the latest, improved model of agility ladder, that provides even more challening training. The upgrade is the possibility to set the rungs to height of 10 cm. It means, that athles must lift the knees much higher, the heart rate increases and the training becomes more challenging. The agility ladder Merco Boost is made in a legth of 3 meters with six rungs and 6 meters with twelve rungs. Both types are 43 cm wide.
